How much is the postage?

The price for which you order the goods is the final one, we do not add any VAT nor anything else. The postage is added to the total price always before you send the binding order. See more delivery and postage details.

What does the term "dispatching time" mean exactly?

That’s the time we need to process your order, to pack it and send the goods. After that it depends on the shipper how much time it will take to deliver the package.

How to choose the goods?

Goods can be sorted out by categories and subcategories - You can also roam through various products according to their groups, styles, brands and keywords.

What if the size I need is not available?

All the goods that are displayed on our website are also physically in store – that’s why in some cases it can be delivered within 3 days. If you didn't find the size you're looking for, feel free to just check the website because regularly as we may get additional sizes in stock. You can definitely write us an email and ask about the date of availability. We simply don’t sell the goods that we don’t have physically!

I still haven’t got the order which should have been delivered within 3 days so I wonder if it's on its way and/or when I should expect it.

Let us repeat once more that the number of days displayed by the product is just the time we need to process your order, pack and send it - the rest depends on shipper. You’ll receive an email which will inform you about dispatching the goods the moment we send the package.

Can I see products somewhere personally? Where is your stock/shop located?

The stock is in Třinec, Czech Republic we don't have any other shop in Europe. See the details about how to get there here.

PROBLEMS WITH BUYING

Why I can´t choose the type of payment after adding goods to cart?

Is your order at least for 10 EUR? If yes and still it’s not possible then your browser probably does not support Javascript, try another browser or a different computer. If it still doesn’t work, copy your cart content to an email and send us your order via email.

How can I change the shipping address on my account?

That’s easy – log in and click on your nickname button in right upper corner.

What if I order something in a wrong size or something that I eventually don´t like?
