Description
Sustainable upper
The Wildfire 2 has a rugged and breathable recycled synthetic upper with a PFC-free mesh lining. The reinforced TPU forefoot provides additional protection against debris and dirt in the front of the shoe.
Precision and technical performance
The POMOCA® outsole is designed for precision and responsiveness in mixed mountain terrain, and its butyl compound provides good grip on rock in both dry and wet conditions. Plus, the Switchfit adjustment system lets you quickly switch from hike to climb mode with an additional eyelet for better performance on smaller steps and edges.
The comfortable, wrap-around fit of the Wildfire 2 has a cushioning EVA midsole. The shoe features climbing lacing for fine adjustment in the toe area and better overall technical performance. A lateral Kevlar® mesh system has been integrated into the shoe for better overall performance and responsiveness.
Ideal approcach boots for ferrata, scrambling and light alpine ascents.
