Acid leucine, also known as alpha-hydroxy isokapronová acid (HICA) is a natural metabolite of the branched amino acids of a chain of L-leucine.
Recommended dosage: As a dietary supplement take 1 capsule 3 times daily. Take 2 capsules before exercise, and 1 capsule immediately after exercise.
