Glanbia contains CFM® - whey protein isolate fortified with premium quality of Arginine-rich peptides (ActiNOS ™). Additionally, it includes Aminogen® and Lactospore®.

Recommended dosage: Mix 1 scoop (1 heaped cup = 35 g) CFM® Nitro® with 200 ml of cold water or skim milk. Use hand mixer or shaker, stir for 30 seconds. Enjoy 1-3 servings daily, between meals, depending on your daily protein need.
